Products showing signs of use, physical damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

If you paid using Cash on Delivery (COD), our support team may contact you to collect your bank account details or arrange another suitable refund method.

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and the standard return process will apply where eligible.
